Founding Member Agreement

By accepting this agreement you confirm that you understand and agree to the following:
1. Evolving program
Agent366 is actively evolving. As a Founding Member you get early access to features that are still being refined. Inconsistencies, instability, or unexpected behavior may occur, and you accept using the platform under these conditions.
2. Your voice matters — no guarantee of implementation
You're encouraged to send suggestions and feedback. Each suggestion goes through a feasibility study by our team. Not every suggestion will be implemented, and decisions on what ships are made solely by Agent366, with no obligation as to timing or execution.
3. Founding promotional pricing
In recognition of being part of a select group of pioneering agents, you receive Founding Member promotional pricing. These terms are tied to your active participation in the program, per the Terms of Service.
4. Not professional advice
Agent366 is an educational and visualization tool — it is not financial, insurance, or tax advice.
5. Other terms
This agreement complements — and does not replace — the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Data Processing Agreement already accepted.
